At Canada Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canadian postal service location or carrier hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
